Attention Trekkies! Beam Yourself To Jordan In 2014!

Space. The final frontier. But you Trekkies probably won't get to travel the stars in your lifetime, so perhaps its better to set your sets a bit lower - like Jordan.
We don't think you'll be disappointed though, since it was just announced that in 2014, the first ever Star Trek theme park will open [...]

On August 9, 2011, the UK officially unveiled Tier 1 in their immigration laws designed to lure in "exceptional talent."

In what seems to be a desperate plea for more attention (i.e. tourism), they have decided to loosen the gates for any celeb who has won an Oscar, a BAFTA, or a Golden Globe, OR for any celeb who has been nominated for one within the last five years.

Their government has reserved 300 spots for the privilege.

Meanwhile, the UK is making it even harder for normal folk to get in. Shame, shame!

Shouldn't you guys be focusing more on the riots right now rather than announcing this?

Also worth noting is the fact that this law does absolutely nothing for the high tax rates over there. In fact, recent reports are saying more than 50% of England's millionaires are about to move thanks to the crazy taxation.

So what do immigration specialists have to say about this? While it may make working across the pond a bit easier, it's highly unlikely US actors will want to move there permanently.

What do we say about it? DIT-TO!

Try all you want, but no place can beat the weather and glam life of Los Angeles!

This is the REAL Hollywood! Always has been. Always will be!
