According to TMZ , Mel Gibson’s lawyers are to appear in court on Monday and ask the judge to give the actor the sole custody of daughter Lucia, claiming Oksana Grigorieva is not acting in the best interests of the child. More information has surfaced on the net, after the shocking news about actress Eva Longoria’s divorce from Tony Parker came up on Monday. As we have previously reported, the couple is fighting for the custody of their one-year-old daughter.
