To learn the guitar, one must know its roots and origin. Guitar history dictates that this piece of musical instrument was developed in the 12th century. Before, it was simply described as any instrument that was plucked or strummed, characterized by a long fretted neck with a flat soundboard. All guitars of those times were made of wood and did not have a universal form.
